About Your Advisor

If you are reading this, you are probably somewhere between five years out and already retired, and you have realized that nobody ever explained the part where savings turn into a paycheck. That is the conversation I have every week, and it is the only work I do.

I spent the first part of my career as a Naval Aviator in the Marine Corps, where planning meant knowing your fuel state before you took off, not hoping it worked out. I carry the same habit into this work. Before you decide anything, you should be able to see the monthly figure, know what it costs you in flexibility, and hear plainly whether it fits your situation.
Most of the people I speak with have done everything right. They contributed, they stayed invested, they built the balance. What they were never handed is the second half of the plan. My job is to walk through your numbers, tell you what a lifetime income approach would and would not do for you, and tell you directly when it is not the right fit. About 30% of the people who apply turn out to be a fit, and I would rather tell you that on the first call than sell you something you did not need.
